TEAM SELECTIONS, PAL CAMP & PARK INFO

Hello PSYB families,

We are getting ready to start the Fall 2024 season. We have a lot of information to share with you all.

*All team selections are now complete for all divisions from Pre-Ball to Pony. You should have had correspondence with your coach by now. If you have not heard from your coaches yet; email us at [email protected] with your name, players name, best contact number and players age group. Practices will either start this week or early next week. Your coach will have their practice schedules. Teams will practice for the next few weeks until the season starts the first week of September.

*All age groups are almost full for Fall 2024. IF you have not completed your child's registration, please log into www.psyb.com. After your registration is complete your child will be placed on a team.
Here are the available spots in each division.
Pre-Ball (ages 3/4)- 12 SPOTS
Shetland (ages 5/6)- 11 SPOTS
Pinto (ages 7/8)- 6 SPOTS
Mustang (ages 9/10)- 3 spots
Bronco (ages 11/12)- 6 SPOTS
Pony (ages 13/14)-8 Spots

*PAL Camp is 8/14 & 8/15 - Make sure you register for this FREE camp. Limited spots are still available.
Full concessions will be open both days of the camp. Cobb County PAL Baseball Camp at Powder Springs Park 4000 Lewis Rd Ext Powder Springs, 30127.
The kids will receive their own Cobb PAL Camp tee-shirt. Bring a bat and glove and be ready to have a great time with the men and women of the Cobb County Police Department.
Dates: Wednesday August 14h 6pm-8pm for 7–11-year-old's, Thursday August 15th 6pm-8pm for 12–16-year-olds. Copy and paste this link into your browser to register.

*Fall-Stars tryouts- We are excited to announce for the first time at our park, along with partnering with Braves Country Baseball. We are offering Fall Allstars next Saturday 8/17 for the age groups 6U-9U. Your players age group is determined by what age they will be before April 30th, 2025.
Here is the information regarding age groups and times for their tryouts.
10am- 6U tryouts-Field 2
10am- 7U tryouts- (meet at the batting cages)
9am- 8U tryouts- Field 3
12pm- 9U tryouts- Field 4
Allstar teams will play this fall 2-3 Sunday only tournaments.

TIMELINE for Fall 2024 season:
Opening Day- Tuesday September 3rd.
Fall Break- Monday September 23rd-27th. (no games)
Movie Night- Saturday October 5th- Movie starts at dusk (more info to come)
Fall Festival- Thursday October 10th.
Playoffs for Fall 2024- End of October.
