Hello PSYB Families,
As the kids head back to school soon, we are heading back to baseball at PSYB. Here are a few updates and upcoming events happening soon at our park.
*Player assessments for Shetland (5/6) thru Pony (13/14) will be held Saturday August 9th starting at 10am. We are excited that the start of the 2025 Fall Recreational season is just a few short weeks away. Players and coaches will have about 3 weeks of practices before the season starts on September 2nd.
We will be sending out a more detailed email regarding Skills Assessments closer to the date. Stay tuned...
*Registration for Fall 2025 REC baseball ages 3-14 is still open. The Early Bird discount will be ending on Friday August 1st. Register today at www.psyb.com because divisions are filling up fast. If you have a registration that is not complete, please log in and complete it before the player assessments again on Saturday August 9th.
*There are coaching opportunities needed in our largest division Pre-Ball ages 3/4.
*Cobb County PAL Camp will be held on Wednesday August 13th and Thursday August 14th. For those of you who are new to our park this season. PAL Camp is a FREE baseball skills camp that is put on by the men and women of the Cobb County Police Department. Also, affiliated with this amazing program are Better Baseball, Standout Baseball and the Atlanta Braves Foundation. Please see the attached flyer. There is pre-registration that is required for this camp. Your player will receive a FREE Cobb County PAL baseball shirt to wear at the camp and more fun giveaways. Ages groups are broken down: August 13th ages (7-11) August 14th-ages (12-16) Click the link below to register.

*Academy Sports has renewed their sponsorship with our park for the Fall 2025 season. We will have an exclusive shopping day on Saturday August 16th, where you will receive 20% off your purchases at the Hiram or Kennesaw Academy locations. Hang tight on purchasing your players baseball gear and apparel for the fall season. More details to come.
